1st Floor Office Refurbishment

We recently completed our second Design and Build project for our client in Stafford to transform an existing 1st floor office space into a more efficient working space for their various departments.

The brief was to create an area which included a more flexible working space that the staff would enjoy working in and open to future growth and development. 7 departments needed to use the space for desks and communal meeting areas. We added an energy efficient HVAC system that utilises heat from the ground floor to heat the first-floor area.

This was a full turn key package including all electrical works, flooring, furniture (including rise and fall desks), meeting pods, TV’s, plants, and all associated Building works. Client was extremely happy with the outcome and is already planning future phases.
